Return request

How do I register a return online?

Log in to your account
Go My Returns Tab on the right side, in your account.
Choose the order for which you would like to request a return.
Click on the blue button, on the right side of the chosen order, to move forward.
Fill in the form, and submit your return request.

Can I cancel my return?

It is not necessary. We will automatically cancel your return request if we do not receive the product back within 5 working days after approval.

How long does it take to make a refund?

Once we have made a creditnote, the refund for the creditenote will be made within 14 days.
