The Evolis Quantum is the ideal alternative to industrial machines for the personalization of functionality cards in large amounts. It offers top performance and autonomy for the most varying applications: print service, access control and identification, time capture, healthcare services, telecommunications, etc. With the Quantum you print more than just high resolution text, logos, photos and barcodes. It also offers the opportunity for simultaneous magnetic stripe and smart card encoding, as well as contactless card personalization.

Single-sided monochrome cards are printed at an enormous speed of up to 1,000 cards per hour. At the same time it also produces up to 115 double-sided, full color printed cards. Despite its high performance the Quantum is hardly more complicated to use than a common office printer. Its innovative design is modular: the easy-to-open loading tray and the receiving tray can hold 500 cards each. Use the encoding station on demand and you have the choice of encoding magnetic stripes and chip cards right or left. Simply order the corresponding encoder. As needed, the Quantum also imprints pre-cast holograms onto the cards, to protect them better against counterfeiting. Defective cards are recognized by the Quantum automatically, and they are released into a separate tray.
